Daniel E. Flatten
Principal
Dan Flatten, along with Josh Brewer, co-founded CORE Building Company in November of 2003. Dan's focus within CORE is establishing and managing the company, and building its reputation within the construction industry. As principal, his duties include business development, estimates and managing projects. Dan graduated from the Construction Supervisor and Management Academy from Clemson University in 1996.
Josh B Brewer
Principal
Josh Brewer, along with Dan Flatten, co-founded CORE Building Company in November of 2003. Josh's focus within CORE is starting the new residential division As principal, his duties include getting the residential division up and running, business development and business operations. Josh holds a B.A. in economics from North Carolina State University, as well as an MBA from East Carolina University.
Jay Dulan Jenkins
Vice President
Jay Jenkins came on board as Vice President of CORE Building Company in June of 2004. As Vice President, Jay's responsibilities include estimating, project management and business development. Jay is a graduate of Winthrop College in Rock Hill, South Carolina with a bachelor of arts degree in sociology.
