Our team has over 15 years of out-of-ground construction work including multi-story office buildings, multi-story mixed-use buildings, site work and utilities for hotels and retail, an aquatic/recreational center and a movie theatre.

CORE Building specializes in tenant improvement, offering services including renovations and new build-outs. We understand the complications of working in an occupied or shared space and do what we can to maintain a professional environment for our client’s neighbors. Our tenant improvement experience includes retail, office, medical and legal.

Laurel Homes is our residential construction division, building a combination of spec and pre-sale custom homes. We have extensive residential experience and recently completed building on two lots in Duncan’s Ridge in Fuquay-Varina. Laurel Homes serves Wake, Orange, Durham, Johnston and Franklin counties.
